Rol de la Gestión Del Conocimiento en la Estrategia de Empresas de la Industria Petrolera: Revisión Sistemática y Análisis Bibliométrico

La industria petrolera se caracteriza por un entorno altamente complejo, influenciado por factores técnicos, geopolíticos y normativos. En este contexto, la Gestión del Conocimiento (GC) se reconoce como un recurso estratégico clave para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, promover la innovación, fortalecer la sostenibilidad y aumentar la capacidad de adaptación de las empresas del sector. Sin embargo, persisten barreras estructurales y culturales que dificultan su integración efectiva en la estrategia empresarial. El estudio presenta una revisión sistemática de literatura basada en el enfoque de Petticrew y Roberts, adaptado por Gast et al., y el protocolo PRISMA, utilizando información de la base de datos Scopus. Aplicando criterios de inclusión y exclusión, de 126 documentos hallados, se eligieron 94 registros para análisis. A partir del análisis, se definieron siete categorías principales: alianzas estratégicas, producción limpia, gestión del riesgo, talento humano, gestión de proyectos, responsabilidad social empresarial y expansión organizacional.
