El Impacto de la Educación Virtual en el Rendimiento Académico: Un Estudio Longitudinal en Estudiantes de Ciencias Sociales

El estudio examinó el impacto de la educación virtual en el rendimiento académico de estudiantes de ciencias sociales. Utilizando un diseño de investigación longitudinal, se aplicaron métodos mixtos para recopilar datos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Se encuestó a una muestra representativa de estudiantes universitarios, evaluando su familiaridad con la educación virtual, frecuencia de participación, satisfacción, beneficios percibidos y desafíos enfrentados. Los resultados revelaron una tendencia hacia la satisfacción con la experiencia de aprendizaje virtual, destacando la flexibilidad horaria y el acceso a recursos en línea como aspectos beneficiosos. Sin embargo, se identificaron desafíos significativos, como la falta de motivación y la sensación de aislamiento. Estos hallazgos subrayan la necesidad de abordar tanto los aspectos positivos como los desafíos asociados con la educación virtual para mejorar su efectividad y calidad en el contexto de las ciencias sociales
