Satisfacción Empresarial en la Valoración de la Transformación Digital

Valorar la satisfacción Empresarial en el aprovechamiento de las tecnologías digitales, sirve de base para entender el sistema de adopción de la Transformación Digital (TD) como eje en la gestión de proyectos. El propósito de la investigación es identificar el estadio de satisfacción del ejecutivo sobre la TD, en cuanto a: liderazgo, tendencias digitales, habilidades de transformación digital, implementación de tecnologías digitales y enfoque centrado en el cliente; los cuales debe entenderse durante su gestión Empresarial. El método de estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional con una población de 6596 empresas de una red comercial. Se realizó a través de la aplicación de un cuestionario sobre escala de Likert dando la confiabilidad de 0,969 obtenido a través del Alpha de Cronbach. Se aplicó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para validar el vínculo entre los parámetros. El estudio permitió identificar elementos estratégicos para mejorar la satisfacción empresarial como son: enfoque digitalizado, observándose un resultado del 55,7% orientando al tratamiento de información digital, siendo el sector terciario con un 58,6% de participación y superior en la dimensión estrategias digitales; las dimensiones liderazgo y habilidades de transformación digital evidencian una satisfacción notablemente elevada.
