Integración de Tecnologías Educativas para el Apoyo a Estudiantes con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad

Resumen

Desde las aulas, familias y equipos de apoyo se comparte una inquietud común: cómo sostener la atención, el interés y el progreso académico de niñas y niños con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad sin recargar a docentes ni medicalizar la experiencia escolar. Este artículo presenta un protocolo de intervención educativa que integra, de forma planificada, herramientas tecnológicas —aplicaciones de entrenamiento atencional, plataformas interactivas y configuraciones de accesibilidad en dispositivos— para acompañar procesos de autorregulación, motivación y aprendizaje en educación básica. Se propone un diseño cuasiexperimental con enfoque mixto, con grupo experimental y grupo de comparación, mediciones pretest–postest y seguimiento entre ocho y doce semanas. En la fase cuantitativa se incluyen pruebas estandarizadas de atención e impulsividad, indicadores de rendimiento en lenguaje y matemáticas, y trazas de uso de plataformas (tareas completadas, tiempo activo). La fase cualitativa considera observaciones de aula, entrevistas breves a docentes y familias, y bitácoras estudiantiles. El análisis combinará modelos lineales mixtos, estimación de tamaños de efecto y codificación temática. Se espera observar mejoras significativas y educativas (no solo estadísticas) en atención sostenida y compromiso escolar, junto con orientaciones prácticas para formación docente, gestión del tiempo de clase y continuidad hogar–escuela. El protocolo incorpora consentimiento informado, resguardo de datos y participación voluntaria. Como valor agregado, ofrece una ruta replicable y sensible al contexto para que instituciones educativas adopten tecnología con sentido pedagógico, centrada en el bienestar y la dignidad de los estudiantes.
