Gamificación en la Educación: Estrategias Innovadoras para Potenciar el Aprendizaje y la Motivación Estudiantil

El presente estudio analiza el impacto de la gamificación como estrategia pedagógica en la motivación y el compromiso académico de estudiantes universitarios en contextos presenciales. La investigación se desarrolla bajo un enfoque mixto, combinando técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas, mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario tipo Likert y entrevistas semiestructuradas a una muestra intencional de 40 estudiantes. Los resultados evidencian un aumento significativo en los niveles de motivación, participación activa y comprensión de los contenidos, asociado al uso planificado de elementos lúdicos como puntos, insignias, retos y retroalimentación inmediata. Asimismo, se identificó un fortalecimiento del aprendizaje colaborativo y de las competencias socioemocionales. Se concluye que la gamificación, cuando se implementa de manera coherente con los objetivos formativos, constituye una estrategia eficaz para mejorar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la educación superior.
